Squeeze 2Baby cleverly combines a professionally developed post-natal full-body exercise plan with an award winning programme to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles are under a great strain during the pregnancy and the labour. Restoring the pelvic floor strength after the childbirth is crucial, although unfortunately often neglected, for the woman’s body to recover successfully.

Squeeze 9Months is a safe online training plan for expectant mothers - from the start of your pregnancy up till the labour. The focus is on training the pelvic floor muscles and the other important muscle groups needed during the pregnancy and labour (core, glutes, obliques, legs, back). 


All Squeeze 9Months exercises are safe and effective and dynamically progress towards your labour. Uniquely, the Squeeze 9Months Training Plan also prepares you for the upcoming childbirth as the pelvic floor exercises are performed in different birthing positions and incorporate breathing techniques used in labour, allowing you to practise these before the childbirth. 


Your Squeeze 9Months Training Plan is divided into three parts to support your individual stage of pregnancy – from 1st trimester up till the labour.

The Squeeze 9Months Training Plan consists of workout videos and additional muscle strengthening exercises targeting specifically the pelvic floor muscles and the other important muscles groups needed during the pregnancy and labour. Your training plan also includes a video tutorial to help you find your pelvic floor muscles and hugely popular couple training tips. You will also learn to relax your pelvic floor muscles, which is important for the cervix to dilate during the labour. Each workout session lasts 5-20 min, varying by day through the week. Although you will receive clear instructions, the training plan allows you flexibility to choose how to best schedule your individual weekly workout programme.

CO-FOUNDERS OF BAILAMAMA

We developed the Bailamama method to inspire all women to train pelvic floor muscles. In our professions we have taught women of various ages and in different life situation to train pelvic floor muscles, but only after our own pregnancies we really understood how important this muscle group really is. We wish we had known it already before!

She has worked at Finland’s largest women’s hospital for more than 8 years attending to hundreds of births and guiding and helping new mothers with matters ranging from breastfeeding and baby care to pelvic floor issues. Emilia develops new Bailamama products and trains Bailamama instructors and is a mother of two teenage daughters. 


MAIJA is a physiotherapist and has for years worked with patients suffering from musculoskeletal disorders and pelvic floor dysfunctions. Over the years she has also instructed various different group exercise classes, in water as well as in the air. Maija is the CEO of Bailamama. She has two young daughters.
